Please read this Agreement carefully, especially Section 2 (Nature of Service), Section 4 (Payment & Refunds), and Section 7 (AI Content Disclaimer). This platform provides AI-generated personality-exploration reference content only — it is not a medical or psychological diagnosis service.

1. Acceptance of and Changes to this Agreement

1.1 This Agreement is entered into between you and SuperMBTI ("the Platform") regarding your use of the Platform's services. By registering or logging in via email verification code, or by using the Platform's services in any way, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

1.2 If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop registering for or using the Platform immediately.

1.3 The Platform may revise this Agreement from time to time. Revised versions will be published on this page; continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Nature of Service and Important Notices

2.1 The Platform provides personality-exploration assessment and analysis services based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology. After you submit personal material by answering open-ended questions, the system generates a personality exploration report for your reference.

2.2 Important notice: reports on this Platform are generated automatically by AI models and are intended for self-exploration reference only. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluation, or any form of medical advice, and cannot replace services from licensed counselors, psychiatrists, or other professionals.

2.3 If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, a psychological crisis, or thoughts of self-harm or harming others, please seek professional help immediately or contact your local emergency services. The Platform is not an appropriate channel for such situations.

2.4 Personality frameworks such as MBTI are interpretive reference models, not validated psychometric instruments. Type descriptions, dimension scores, and confidence levels in reports are AI inferences based on your answers, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with your actual situation, and should be viewed rationally.

3. Accounts

3.1 You register and log in using a valid email address together with a verification code; the verification code is the sole credential for logging in. Please keep your email and codes safe. Account risks arising from your voluntary disclosure of codes are borne by you.

3.2 You undertake that information provided at registration is true, lawful, and valid, and you must not impersonate another person or use another person's email address.

3.3 You are responsible for all activity under your account and must not use the account for any illegal or improper purposes.

4. Access Codes, Payment, and Refunds

4.1 The full assessment service consumes an assessment credit. Credits can be obtained by: (a) redeeming access codes, which may be issued by the Platform or obtained through referral rewards; or (b) purchasing directly through the Platform's online payment.

4.2 Once redeemed, an access code is bound to your account and deemed used; it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed again. Each code can be activated only once.

4.3 One assessment credit is deducted when an assessment is created, regardless of whether you complete it later. Assessments started but not finished may be continued within their validity period.

4.4 Online purchases: when you buy assessment credits through the Platform's online payment, the transaction is processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Marketplaces Ltd and its affiliates) as Merchant of Record and payment processor. Supported payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat Pay (subject to availability), with USD as the primary pricing currency and localized pricing (e.g., CNY) available in certain regions. Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.

4.5 Refund policy: for online purchases, you may self-service a full refund from your purchase history within 24 hours of successful payment provided the credit has not been used (i.e., no assessment has been created) — the system verifies eligibility automatically and submits the refund to Paddle; refunds are returned via the original payment method after Paddle's review, and the corresponding credit is temporarily frozen upon request and automatically unfrozen if the refund is declined. Refunds are not available after 24 hours or once the credit has been used (including creating an assessment or starting to answer). See the Refund Policy page on this Platform for details.

4.6 Refunds are returned via Paddle through the original payment method, typically arriving within 1-3 business days after approval (depending on the payment method and card issuer). The Platform is not responsible for exchange-rate differences or third-party fees (if any) arising from refunds.

4.7 For transaction disputes arising from purchasing access codes through third-party channels, please resolve them with that seller directly; the refund rule in Section 4.5 does not apply to such purchases.

5. User Content and License

5.1 You retain copyright over content you submit to the Platform, including answers and follow-up replies ("User Content").

5.2 To provide analysis services, you grant the Platform the necessary rights to process User Content, including transmitting answers to AI models for analysis, storing analysis results, and generating, displaying, and enabling downloads of reports.

5.3 You warrant that User Content does not infringe any third party's lawful rights and contains no information prohibited by law. Where your answers describe other people, ensure you have obtained any necessary permission.

5.4 Report content is for your personal, non-commercial use. Bulk copying, selling, or public distribution of report content without the Platform's written permission is prohibited.

6. Data Use and Protection

6.1 The Platform processes your data on a "minimum necessary" basis: email for account identification and login; gender, age band, and occupation as basic profile information (optional/provided as needed); answer content for generating analysis reports.

6.2 Your profile information and answer content are transmitted to the AI model provider used for the analysis. Data policies vary across providers; if you have concerns, provide profile details cautiously and avoid personally identifiable sensitive details in your answers.

6.3 We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties, except processing necessary for providing the service (such as AI analysis described above).

6.4 You may contact the Platform to request deletion of your account and related data, excluding records retained as required by laws and regulations.

7. Limitations and Disclaimer of AI-Generated Content

7.1 AI models may produce errors, omissions, biases, or inappropriate content. The Platform makes no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of report content.

7.2 Suggestions in reports (such as action lists or key-issue analysis) are general reference ideas only and do not constitute professional guidance for any specific decision. You bear responsibility for any decisions made based on report content and their consequences.

7.3 Due to the nature of AI models and network services, report generation may be delayed or fail. You may retry upon failure; the Platform is not liable for resulting inconvenience.

7.4 You understand and agree that report quality depends on the truthfulness, specificity, and completeness of your answers. Deviations caused by false, careless, or misleading answers are borne by you.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1 When using the Platform you must not: use technical means to mass-register accounts or farm assessment credits/access codes; attack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform; use the Platform to generate or distribute unlawful or harmful information; or interfere with normal operation of the Platform or harm other users' interests.

8.2 For violations, the Platform may issue warnings, restrict features, or ban accounts depending on severity, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

9. Changes and Termination of Services

9.1 The Platform may modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of its services due to business adjustments, technical upgrades, or other reasons. Paid but unused assessment credits will be handled properly in accordance with the law.

9.2 You may stop using the Platform at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us via the channels published on this page.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 The conclusion, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions and conflict-of-law rules).

10.2 Disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a lawsuit before a people's court with jurisdiction where the Platform's operator is located.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Invalidity of any provision of this Agreement does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

11.2 Matters not covered in this Agreement are subject to announcements published on relevant pages of the Platform.
